Tiimoに参加する前は、Pleo N26 といった企業と連携し、包括的な制度や文化、コンテンツの設計に取り組んできた。学歴としては コーネル大学 アメリカ料理大学(Culinary Institute of America) にてビジネスと製菓を学び、Noma The French Laundry などの有名レストランでも修行経験がある。

また、ADHD Works によるADHDコーチング資格と、メンタルヘルス・ファーストエイドのトレーニングも修了している。Beauxは、すべての活動に構造・創造性・思いやりを大切にしており、アクセシビリティとインターセクショナリティは特別なものではなく、出発点であると考えている。
