Beaux es Inclusion and Belonging Lead en Tiimo y une estratega queer y neurodivergente enfocade en accesibilidad salud mental y equidad. Beaux diseña programas contenidos y experiencias que unen la investigación con la experiencia personal para apoyar a personas neurodivergentes en distintas intersecciones.

Antes de unirse a Tiimo en 2023 trabajó con empresas como Pleo y N26 desarrollando sistemas inclusivos cambiando culturas laborales y creando contenido adaptado a diversas necesidades. Beaux tiene una doble titulación en negocios y pastelería por Cornell University y The Culinary Institute of America y se ha formado en restaurantes como noma y The French Laundry.

También cuenta con certificación como coach de TDAH y formación en primeros auxilios en salud mental. Su enfoque combina cuidado estructura y creatividad con la certeza de que la accesibilidad no puede ser una idea de último momento.
