Maaya is an ADHD and dyslexia advocate, ADHD coach, learning strategist, and educator. They hold a master’s degree in Applied Social Psychology from the University of Saskatchewan and specialize in time management, executive functioning, and building practical systems for daily life.

Maaya’s approach combines research-backed tools with deep empathy and nuanced perspective. Through their coaching practice, Structured Success, they work with clients who have ADHD, Autism, and learning disabilities to co-create sustainable, individualized strategies.
