Maaya est coach TDAH, stratège académique et formatrice, avec une expérience vécue de l’ADHD et de la dyslexie. Maaya est titulaire d’un master en psychologie sociale appliquée de l’Université de la Saskatchewan, et aide les personnes neurodivergentes à créer des systèmes concrets pour la gestion du temps, les fonctions exécutives et la vie quotidienne.

Son approche combine des outils basés sur la recherche avec une profonde empathie et une grande finesse. Sa pratique de coaching, Structured Success, accompagne des personnes avec TDAH, Autisme ou troubles de l’apprentissage pour développer des stratégies personnalisées qui tiennent sur la durée. Grâce à son parcours en santé mentale, éducation et organisation communautaire, Maaya met au cœur de son travail la confiance en soi, l’accès et la croissance durable.

Maaya est également chercheure publiée et conférenciere expérimentée dans les domaines de la santé trans, de l’équité et de l’éducation inclusive.
