Josefina is an Autistic writer, researcher, and inclusion advocate. She works at the National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi), a UK non-profit dedicated to equity in health, education, and social care. Josefina brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work, with a focus on neurodivergent communities and inclusive design.

She holds a Master’s in Medical History and Humanities from the University of York, an MSt in Medieval Studies from Oxford, and a BA from Durham University. Josefina has co-created resources with Ambitious about Autism, contributed to research with Autistica, and advised organizations like the Royal College of Psychiatrists on accessibility and mental health. Her writing explores Autistic identity, disability justice, and the cultural narratives that shape our understanding of neurodivergence.
