Melissa est designer de services, cheffe de produit et cofondatrice de Tiimo. Elle est dyslexique, TDAH et parent, et s’appuie sur sa propre expérience pour créer des technologies centrées sur la clarté, la flexibilité et un soutien réellement adapté au quotidien.

Son travail repose sur la co-création et le design inclusif au service des personnes neurodivergentes. Melissa se consacre aux fonctions exécutives, à la gestion du temps et à la création de routines, en développant des outils numériques qui réduisent la surcharge et renforcent l’autonomie.

Elle est diplômée d’un master en Digital Design and Communication de l’IT University of Copenhagen et a étudié le design graphique à la Parsons School of Design. Son approche allie empathie, apprentissage itératif et conviction profonde que le soutien ne doit jamais être standardisé.
