Melissa é designer de serviços, líder de produto e cofundadora da Tiimo. É disléxica, tem TDAH e é mãe, e traz essa vivência para tudo o que constrói. Seu foco está em clareza, flexibilidade e suporte que se adapta à vida real.

Sua prática é guiada por co-criação e design inclusivo para pessoas neurodivergentes. Melissa trabalha com funções executivas, gerenciamento de tempo e criação de rotinas, desenvolvendo ferramentas digitais que reduzem a sobrecarga e aumentam a autonomia.

Melissa possui mestrado em Digital Design and Communication pela IT University of Copenhagen e estudou design gráfico na Parsons School of Design. Seu trabalho é baseado em empatia, aprendizado contínuo e na crença de que o suporte nunca deve ser único para todes.
