Melissa ist Service Designerin, Produktverantwortliche und Mitgründerin von Tiimo. Als dyslexische ADHSlerin und Mutter bringt sie viel eigene Erfahrung in ihre Arbeit ein. Sie entwickelt Technologien, die klar, flexibel und alltagsnah unterstützen.

Ihr Fokus liegt auf gemeinsamer Gestaltung und inklusivem Design für neurodivergente Menschen. Sie beschäftigt sich besonders mit Exekutivfunktionen, Zeitmanagement und Routinen – und entwickelt digitale Tools, die Überforderung reduzieren und das Gefühl von Selbstwirksamkeit stärken.

Melissa hat einen Masterabschluss in Digital Design and Communication von der IT University of Copenhagen und studierte Grafikdesign an der Parsons School of Design. Ihr Ansatz ist geprägt von Empathie, iterativem Lernen und dem festen Glauben, dass Unterstützung niemals nach Schema F funktionieren sollte.
