What is Tiimo?

Tiimo is a digital planning tool designed to provide visual support and help users organize their daily lives. You can access Tiimo through our app or web planner.

Tiimo is owned and operated by Tiimo A/S. By signing up for Tiimo, you agree to the terms outlined here.

Subscription

Tiimo operates on a subscription model with different plans available depending on your preferences.

You will receive access to the premium version of Tiimo for a period of 12 months from the date of sign up. This access is paid for by Lloyds Banking Group.

After the 12 month period ends, premium access will automatically expire. Continued access will require either renewed eligibility through Lloyds Banking Group or the purchase of a subscription directly via the App Store or at www.tiimoapp.com

Privacy and data security

We take your privacy and data protection seriously. We only collect the minimum personal data necessary to provide our services and improve your experience.

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee 100% security, as risks such as cyberattacks or other external threats exist.

By using Tiimo, you acknowledge that no online service is completely risk-free, and you agree to use Tiimo at your own discretion.

Maintenance and availability

We’re constantly working to improve and update Tiimo. While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, there may be occasional downtime due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages or third-party issues). We’ll do our best to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
