Tiimo is designed to be flexible so you can adjust the experience to meet your needs, not the other way around. Whether you’re changing colors, fonts, or setting up shared use, these settings help reduce friction, increase clarity, and support follow-through in a way that works with your brain.
How to customize your settings
Go to the Me tab and tap the Settings icon in the top-right corner to open your preferences. From there, you can adjust how Tiimo looks, sounds, and feels so planning works better for your brain.
Here’s what you can customize:
Theme: Choose the button and interface colors that help you navigate more clearly and recognize things at a glance.
Appearance: Set the app background to Light, Dark, or match your phone’s system setting, whichever feels easiest on your eyes.
Font: Switch to a dyslexia-friendly font if you experience reading fatigue or visual stress.
Sounds: Choose if you would like to have the sounds for task / subtask completion and task countdown, or turn notifications off entirely.
App icon: Choose the home screen look that works for you, including seasonal icons if you want a refresh.
Notifications: Set reminders that support your routine without overwhelming you, and pick a notification sound.
