You can import calendars (Google, iCloud, Outlook, etc.) into Tiimo.
Import Google calendar
Imported Google calendar will sync and be visible across devices and platforms. You only need to import Google calendar on one platform.
You can connect multiple Google calendars to your Tiimo account.
On iOS (iPhone / iPad):
- Open the Tiimo app
- Go to the Insights tab (the fourth icon in the tab bar)
- Tap the Settings icon (top-right corner)
- Select Connected calendars
- Tap Connect Google calendar
- Sign in with your Google account and grant all required permissions
- Show Google Calendar events is a local setting which affects only the specific device. Toggle ON to see the list of sub-calendars in the selected Google account. Toggle OFF to hide all events from the selected Google account on this device.
- Select which of your calendars you want to see in Tiimo: tap the eye icon next to each calendar. This selection will sync across devices and platforms.
- (Optional) Select colors and icons to make your calendars easier to recognize
- Tap the checkmark in the top-right corner to save the changes
On Android:
- Open the Tiimo app
- Go to your schedule (the second tab in the tab bar)
- Tap the Settings icon (top-right corner)
- Select Connected calendars
- Tap Connect Google calendar
- Sign in with your Google account and grant all required permissions
- Once connected, tap the Google calendar row for the added account
- Show Google Calendar events is a local setting which affects only the specific device. Toggle ON to see the list of sub-calendars in the selected Google account.
- Select which of your calendars you want to see in Tiimo: Toggle ON / OFF for each calendar. This selection will sync across devices and platforms.
- (Optional) Select colors and icons to make your calendars easier to recognize
On Web:
- Log in to Tiimo Web Planner
- Go to the Connected calendars page
- Click Add Google calendar
- Sign in with your Google account and grant all required permissions
- Once connected, select which calendars you want to see by clicking the checkmark next to each calendar.
- (Optional) Select colors and icons to make your calendars easier to recognize
- Click Save to keep the changes
Import iCloud calendar
Disclaimer: iCloud calendar import is not available on Android at the moment. Coming soon!
On iOS, iCloud calendar must be added separately on device.
On iOS (iPhone / iPad):
- Open the Tiimo app
- Go to the Insights tab (the fourth icon in the tab bar)
- Tap the Settings icon (top-right corner)
- Select Connected calendars
- Tap Connect Apple calendar -> Import calendar -> tap Go to "Settings"
- In the Settings app, tap Calendars -> Full access -> Allow Full Access
- Back in the Connected calendars page in Tiimo, tap the Apple Calendar row
- "Show Google Calendar events is a local setting which affects only the specific device. Toggle ON to see the list of sub-calendars in the selected Google account.
- Select which of your calendars you want to show in Tiimo: tap the eye icon next to each calendar
- (Optional) Select colors and icons to make your calendars easier to recognize
- Tap the checkmark in the upper right corner to save the changes
On Android:

- Log in to Tiimo Web Planner
- Go to the Connected calendars page
- Click Add iCloud calendar, then follow the prompts
- Select which calendars to show in Tiimo
- (Optional) Add colors and icons to keep things organized
Import Outlook or other calendars:
Outlook / Exchange or other calendars must first be connected to your Google Calendar.
Then import via Google as shown above.
How to get the most out of calendar importing
- Start small and begin with the calendar you use most
- Use consistent colors like green for self care and red for work to keep things clear
- Take your time and add more calendars gradually
- Only sync calendars you actually check since too many can get overwhelming
