Importing your calendar

You can import calendars (Apple, Google, Outlook, etc.) into both the Tiimo app and the web planner.

Important: To sync across devices, you’ll need to import your calendars separately on each platform (app and web). Once imported, they’ll sync automatically across your devices.

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Open the Tiimo app
2. Go to the Me tab
3. Tap the Settings icon (top-right corner)
4. Select Calendar import
5. Toggle ON calendar import and choose which calendars to show
6. (Optional) Add colors and icons to make your calendars easier to recognize
   

To import Google or Outlook calendars:

Apple doesn’t allow direct imports from Google/Outlook into Tiimo. Instead:

1. Open your iPhone/iPad Settings
2. Go to Calendar > Accounts > Add Account
3. Choose Google or Outlook, log in, and sync
4. Return to Tiimo and import via the Apple Calendar integration

Web planner

To import Google or iCloud calendars:

1. Log in to Tiimo Web Planner
2. Go to the Connected calendars page
3. Choose Google or iCloud, then follow the prompts
4. Select which calendars to show in Tiimo
5. (Optional) Add colors and icons to keep things organized

To import Outlook calendars:

Outlook/Exchange calendars must first be connected to your Google Calendar.

Then import via Google as shown above.

How to get the most out of calendar importing

‍

• Start small and begin with the calendar you use most
• Use consistent colors like green for self care and red for work to keep things clear
• Take your time and add more calendars gradually
• Only sync calendars you actually check since too many can get overwhelming
