
Gina Shute is an ADHD coach and neuroinclusion strategist helping overwhelmed leaders reclaim time, reduce burnout, and build work systems that actually support executive functioning. She’s the founder of KindTwo, a coaching and consulting practice that specializes in neurodivergent leadership, time management, and workplace inclusion.
With over 15 years’ experience leading large-scale tech delivery projects at companies like Rightmove and Equal Experts, Gina brings a systems-thinking approach to tackling procrastination, productivity, and decision fatigue. She created the Procrastination Breaker Framework™ to support professionals—especially ADHD’ers—who are tired of one-size-fits-all productivity advice.
She’s supported more than 1,000 people through coaching, workshops, and public speaking, and previously served as Head of Strategy at Inclusive Jobs, where she helped launch Neuroinclusive Jobs, a platform designed to support and retain neurodivergent talent. Gina also serves as a trustee at Srpska Tech CIO, which funds scholarships in computer science and software engineering for students at the University of Banja Luka.
Certified in Scrum, software testing, and management, Gina combines technical expertise with lived experience to make workplaces more accessible, psychologically safe, and truly inclusive.
