Alex is the founder of UNILAD and LADBible, and the creator and host of the ADHD Chatter podcast. A Sunday Times bestselling author and award-winning digital entrepreneur, Alex has spent the last decade building platforms that reach millions, and now uses that reach to speak openly about his experience with ADHD.

Alex Partridge is the founder of UNILAD and LADBible, and the creator of the ADHD Chatter podcast. A pioneer in viral media, Alex launched UNILAD in his early twenties while studying at Oxford Brookes University, turning a simple Facebook page into one of the most influential digital platforms in the world. He later co-founded LADBible, helping shape the landscape of online entertainment and social commentary for an entire generation.

Following a five-year legal battle to reclaim his role in UNILAD’s founding, Alex began speaking publicly about his experience with ADHD, substance use, and mental health. His late ADHD diagnosis reframed much of his personal and professional journey, leading him to write Now It All Makes Sense, a Sunday Times bestseller exploring the realities of growing up undiagnosed.

Today, Alex uses his platform to advocate for neurodivergent awareness, share lived experiences, and host honest conversations with experts, creators, and fellow ADHD’ers navigating life, work, and identity. His work has been featured across TEDx, Virgin StartUp, and major UK media, and continues to reach millions through social media, podcasting, and public speaking.
