A smiling person with short curly blond hair and clear glasses, wearing a dark turtleneck under a red gingham dress. They are sitting with arms gently crossed and visible tattoos on one arm. The background is a solid mustard yellow.

Beaux is a queer, neurodivergent strategist and Tiimo’s Inclusion and Belonging Lead. They create accessible, equity-centered tools and programs rooted in both research and lived experience, always with neurodivergent folks at the center.

Before joining Tiimo, Beaux worked with companies like Pleo and N26 to design inclusive systems, cultures, and content. They hold dual degrees in business and pastry arts from Cornell and the Culinary Institute of America, and trained at noma and The French Laundry.

Certified in ADHD accountability coaching and mental health first aid, Beaux brings structure, creativity, and care to everything they do. Their core belief? Accessibility and intersectionality aren’t nice-to-haves, they’re the starting point.
