We’re a small company trying to make a big difference. We’re eight real people behind Tiimo. Get in touch with us if there’s something you’d love to see in the future, or if you find a bug in the Tiimo app. User feedback means the world to us!

Welcome to all of our new users and happy belated Autism Acceptance and Awareness Week!

Before continuing, it would be remiss not to acknowledge these are particularly challenging times we’re living in. If you’ve been impacted by the covid-19 crisis, we’re so sorry. We hope that Tiimo has been able to help you maintain some routine through the past months of unexpected changes. If you’re looking for ideas about how to create a routine in quarantine, check ours out here.

From here on out, this is really a thank you letter to our users. 💙

Since Tiimo started out in 2015, we’ve been learning as we go. In 2019 we released a new app and one of the things we found out the hard way this winter is that no matter how many times we test out a new app, when we put it out into the real world (particularly when we do so to thousands of users in more than 50 countries!) there will be small issues that come up. To those of you who let us know about bugs in the app and were patient with us during this time: thank you! The app is better because of you.

This experience has affirmed what we’ve always known to be true: listening to our users’ concerns, hopes, and wishes is the way to the best possible product.

We’re writing this blog post because we want to remind anyone reading this: you have an open invitation to get in touch with us with your ideas, either for the improvement of Tiimo or for a new product. Our inbox is always open and we take user feedback extremely seriously - it’s the only reason we are where we are today. You can get in touch with us by email, in chat (on the right-hand side of the Tiimo online calendar), in Facebook messenger, or by phone. You’ll often find that we send out super short surveys by email. Know that when you fill them out you’re not wasting your time: the results are sent straight to our user experience and design team and have a huge impact on the future of the app.

Tiimo has always taken a user-lead design approach. From the very first prototype that was developed after Helene and Melissa set out to try and discover what kind of a product could actually be useful for kids with ADHD and their families in Denmark, to our continuous consultation with users that shapes every iteration of Tiimo: our users decide our product roadmap, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We’re a small company trying to make a big difference and sometimes there’s a little gap between our dreams and reality. As we’ve explained before, we wish Tiimo could be completely free (and are working on solutions to get there). We also wish that we could realize all of our dreams for the product tomorrow (check-lists! pause buttons! schedules that automatically shift!). But the reality of being a little startup is that we have limited capacity.

Always get in touch with us if there’s something you’d love to see in our future product or if you find a bug in the Tiimo app - and trust that the moment we receive your message, we get to work. 👩‍💻
